Bali Jet Set Dive and Marine Sports ("JSM") is Bali's newest and most exclusive scuba diving and water sports centre offering both motorised and non-motorised
water sports. The owners of JSM are a husband and wife team who have been together for over 15 years and first met in Bali whilst water skiing together. Water
sports are their passion.
I Nyoman Sugita was born and raised in Bali and first started working in the water sports and tourism industries over 20 years ago. He is a PADI Divemaster and a
competitive water skier. He has also travelled extensively around Asia and speaks fluent Japanese.
Rhonda Lepsch was born in the USA and began water skiing when she was four years old. For 22 years she worked for a large US multinational computer corporation
in the US, Europe and Asia, her last role being Chief Executive Officer, Asia. Rhonda left the corporate world in March of 2010 to work together with her husband at
JSM. Rhonda is also a SSI Divemaster and a competitive wakeboarder.
Nyoman and Rhonda started JSM as it was always their dream to have their own water sports centre. They also recognised that there was a niche in the market as
many of the facilities and services for water sports in Bali are considered sub-standard internationally.
The JSM Mission. Our mission is to provide outstanding five-star water sports facilities, services and equipment to our guests within a safe and eco-friendly
environment. Our target markets include families, sophisticated guests, VIP's, water sports enthusiasts, corporate outings and five star hotels and resorts.
JSM equipment is exceptional. We have invested heavily in new and trendy equipment found nowhere else on the island. The majority of our equipment is
imported from the USA, Hong Kong and Singapore.
JSM services are outstanding. It is our objective to provide our customers with only the highest levels of service. Our staff undergo rigorous training programs and
hold the appropriate certifications and licenses where applicable – such as boat captains, divemasters, etc. At JSM the safety of our guests is our absolute top
priority.
We have a special focus and love for wakeboarding. JSM has the only Yamaha Jet Boat in the south of Bali equipped with a Fly High pole for big air. We have a
wide range of wakeboards including Hyperlite, Ronix, Gatorboard and Liquidforce. We have a wide variety of wakeboarding jackets (Neilpryde, Jet Pilot), ropes and
gloves. We also have wake skates. In fact, the owners were the first to introduce wakeboarding to Bali in 1999 and we remain the biggest wakeboarding
enthusiasts on the island.

modern 2,000 square meter facility includes a private beach for swimming and non-motorised water sports such as kayaking, kiteboarding and windsurfing. Our property
also includes a swimming pool and a second story outdoor dive school overlooking the ocean. Our "Shark Shack" Restaurant and Bar has a billiards area and serves
trendy drinks and food such as Smoothies, Mola-Mola Mushrooms, Flying Fish Fries, Scuba Skins, Salads and Beach Burgers.
